Subscription Terms

1. Who provides BullionPulse Premium

These Subscription Terms apply to BullionPulse Premium subscriptions. BullionPulse is provided by MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno. In these Subscription Terms, Ingeno, we, us and our refer to MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno.

These Subscription Terms should be read together with the BullionPulse Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. BullionPulse Free and Premium / Trial

BullionPulse may provide Free and Premium functionality. The Free version is intended to provide a complete precious-metals tracking and valuation experience. Premium adds the analysis, multi-currency and professional-output layer through a paid subscription. Where a free trial is available, the 14-day trial carries the same feature entitlement as paid Premium for the trial period.

The exact feature set may vary by app version, platform, region and technical availability. We will keep public subscription claims, in-app paywalls and app-store metadata aligned with the actual BullionPulse entitlement configuration.

3. Subscription plans

The planned BullionPulse Premium subscription model is:

PlanPlanned behaviour
14-day free trialWhere configured and available, eligible users may receive Premium / Trial access for 14 days before the subscription converts to a paid plan.
Monthly subscriptionProvides Premium access for the monthly billing period shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.
Annual subscriptionProvides Premium access for the annual billing period shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.

Final prices, local currency equivalents, taxes, trial availability, promotional eligibility and renewal information are controlled by the relevant app store and are shown before purchase. You should always rely on the price, billing period, trial information and renewal information displayed by Apple App Store or Google Play at the point of purchase.

No indicative launch prices are stated in these Subscription Terms because storefront pricing can vary by region, currency, tax treatment, platform rules and promotional availability.

4. Where subscriptions are purchased

BullionPulse Premium subscriptions are intended to be purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Ingeno does not process card payments directly, does not receive full card details and is not the merchant of record for those store transactions.

If you subscribe on iOS, your purchase and renewal are managed by Apple. If you subscribe on Android, your purchase and renewal are managed by Google Play. The store through which you subscribe may control billing, cancellation, refund handling, tax treatment, payment methods, trial eligibility and renewal notifications.

5. Auto-renewal

BullionPulse Premium subscriptions are intended to renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the relevant app-store process. Renewal timing, renewal price, tax treatment and any required renewal notices are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel through the store account or subscription-management process used to purchase the subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

6. Free trials and promotional access

Where a 14-day free trial is offered, eligibility is determined by the relevant app store and final subscription configuration. The store will show trial availability and duration before purchase. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the store will handle the billing process according to its terms and the information shown at the time of subscription.

Trial availability may vary by platform, region, previous subscription history, campaign, promotion or store policy. The Premium / Trial entitlement is intended to match the paid Premium entitlement during the active trial period.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your BullionPulse Premium subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play subscription-management tools for the store account used to purchase the subscription. Cancellation usually stops future renewals but does not necessarily produce an automatic refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may retain Premium access until the end of the period already paid for, unless the store or applicable law provides otherwise. Subscription status may take time to update in the app.

8. Refunds

Refunds are generally handled by the app store that processed your purchase. If you purchased through Apple, refund requests are handled through Apple. If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests are handled through Google Play.

Ingeno can help investigate access issues, entitlement issues or app behaviour, but we cannot guarantee a refund decision made by Apple or Google. Refund rights may vary by country, store policy, timing, payment method and mandatory consumer-law rights.

9. Restore purchases

At subscription launch, BullionPulse is intended to provide a user-triggered restore-purchases option, typically from settings, paywall or subscription screens. Restore purchases may help recover Premium access after reinstalling the app, changing devices or refreshing subscription status.

Restore behaviour depends on Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat configuration, device state and whether the purchase is associated with the relevant store account. Because BullionPulse does not use Ingeno user accounts at launch, store account access is especially important for subscription recovery.

10. RevenueCat entitlement management

BullionPulse is planned to use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlement status at subscription launch. The relevant launch entitlement is Premium, implemented as the single premium entitlement in the entitlement model. RevenueCat helps the app determine whether Premium features should be unlocked after a successful app-store purchase, renewal, restore or subscription-status update.

There may be short delays between a store purchase or renewal and the app reflecting the updated entitlement. If you have paid but Premium is not active, use the restore-purchases option once available and contact [email protected] if the issue continues.

11. Current implementation status

The planned public subscription behaviour is Apple App Store and Google Play billing with RevenueCat entitlement management. At the time these Subscription Terms are finalised, RevenueCat billing configuration, trial expiry / downgrade behaviour and restore-purchase implementation are still pending final production configuration and testing.

Any pre-launch local entitlement controls, development toggles or local AsyncStorage-based entitlement states are for development and testing only. They are not live paid subscriptions, do not represent completed app-store billing, and should not be described as completed RevenueCat subscription implementation until the production configuration is enabled and tested.

12. Platform differences

Subscription features are intended to be consistent across supported platforms, but some differences may occur because of Apple App Store rules, Google Play rules, operating-system behaviour, app version, device settings, store availability or technical limitations.

Where a feature depends on data availability, device capability, market-data access, app version or operating-system behaviour, Premium access does not guarantee that the feature will always be available, uninterrupted or identical across all devices.

13. Changes to subscriptions or Premium features

We may update BullionPulse subscription plans, pricing, trials, Premium features or Free limitations over time. Changes may be made for product, legal, commercial, app-store, technical or operational reasons. Where required, price changes, renewal changes or material subscription changes will be handled through the relevant app-store process.

We will not knowingly misrepresent Premium benefits, and public website, app-store and in-app subscription copy should remain aligned with the actual app configuration.

14. Subscription support

For subscription support, contact [email protected]. Please include the platform you used, the approximate purchase date, the app version and a description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card details. We may ask you to use store-provided purchase history or support tools where necessary.
