This Privacy Policy explains how MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno handles information in connection with the Ingeno website at ingeno.app and the company's general business correspondence. In this document, Ingeno, we, us and our refer to MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno.
Ingeno builds and publishes software products. This is the company and website privacy policy. Each Ingeno product has its own product-specific privacy policy that governs that product, and the current products and their legal documents are listed in our Legal Hub. Where a product policy and this company policy address the same matter for a specific product, the product policy applies to that product (for example, the BullionPulse Privacy Policy governs the BullionPulse app).

The Ingeno website is designed to be privacy-conscious. We do not operate website user accounts, we do not run advertising networks or marketing pixels, and we do not build behavioural advertising profiles. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, performance and privacy-conscious website analytics.

Please do not send us unnecessary sensitive information, payment-card details, passwords, private keys or complete financial records. If we need information to investigate an enquiry, we will ask only for what is reasonably required.

The Ingeno website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand broad website usage, reliability and performance without building behavioural advertising profiles. Cloudflare services may process technical information such as request metadata, device or browser information, approximate location derived from network information, page paths, referrers, timestamps and performance information. The exact data processed may depend on Cloudflare configuration, browser behaviour and website implementation.
