Data Deletion Policy

1. Who we are

This Data Deletion Policy explains how deletion works for BullionPulse and related Ingeno support records. BullionPulse is provided by MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno. In this document, Ingeno, we, us and our refer to MRB Ocean Limited trading as Ingeno.

BullionPulse does not use Ingeno user accounts at launch. There are no BullionPulse usernames, passwords or Ingeno account-recovery records to delete.

2. Summary

BullionPulse is designed around local storage. Portfolio data entered into BullionPulse is stored locally on your device and is not stored on Ingeno servers. Because Ingeno cannot access that local portfolio data, deletion is normally controlled by you through the app, your device settings, or by deleting the app.

Data categoryWhere it is heldHow deletion works
BullionPulse portfolio dataLocally on your device.Delete through available app/device controls or by deleting the app.
Ingeno user accountNot used at launch. No Ingeno account exists to delete.
Subscription statusApple App Store, Google Play and, once enabled, RevenueCat entitlement systems.Cancel through the relevant store; contact support for entitlement-access issues.
Support emailsIngeno email/support systems.Request deletion by emailing [email protected], subject to legal and operational retention needs.
Website analyticsCloudflare Web Analytics.Aggregated/technical website analytics are handled according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

3. Deleting local BullionPulse app data

To delete local BullionPulse portfolio data, use any available in-app delete or reset controls, device storage controls, or delete the BullionPulse app from your device. The exact steps may vary by operating system, device version and app version.

Deleting the app may remove locally stored BullionPulse data from your device. However, your device operating system or backup settings may retain copies in device backups or system-managed storage. Ingeno does not control Apple iCloud, Google backup, device backup, operating-system storage, or third-party backup behaviour.

4. No Ingeno account deletion at launch

BullionPulse does not use Ingeno accounts at launch. This means there is no BullionPulse account profile, username, password or Ingeno-hosted account record for us to delete.

If future versions introduce accounts or cloud sync, this policy will be updated to explain the account-deletion process before or when those features become available.

5. Subscriptions and deleting the app

Deleting BullionPulse from your device does not cancel a paid subscription and does not delete Apple App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat subscription records. If you have an active BullionPulse Premium subscription, you must cancel it through the app store used to purchase it.

PlatformWhere to manage cancellation
iOSApple App Store subscription settings for the Apple ID used to subscribe.
AndroidGoogle Play subscription settings for the Google account used to subscribe.

After cancellation, your Premium access may continue until the end of the period already paid for, unless the app store or applicable law provides otherwise. Subscription cancellation, refunds and restore-purchase behaviour are explained further in the BullionPulse Subscription Terms.

6. Deleting support correspondence

If you have contacted us by email, we may hold support correspondence that includes your email address, your message and any information you voluntarily provided. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing [email protected].

We will review deletion requests and act on them where appropriate. We may retain certain records where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, compliance or operational reasons.

7. Subscription records and purchase history

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play where paid subscriptions are available. Ingeno does not receive full payment-card details and cannot delete records held by Apple or Google in your app-store account. You should contact Apple or Google directly for deletion, account or payment-history requests relating to their platforms.

RevenueCat is planned to be used to manage anonymous subscription entitlement status at subscription launch. If you contact us about deletion of entitlement-related records after RevenueCat is enabled, we will review the request in light of subscription support, fraud-prevention, legal and operational requirements. Deleting entitlement records may affect our ability to verify subscription access or restore purchases.

8. Market-data and infrastructure logs

BullionPulse market-data requests are routed through BullionPulse-controlled Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical logs may be processed for service delivery, security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. These records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and are deleted or rotated according to operational requirements.

9. How to make a deletion request

To make a deletion request, email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence or issue. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

If your request relates to subscription access, please also tell us whether you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We may ask for additional information where needed to verify the request or locate the relevant support record.

10. What we cannot delete for you

Because BullionPulse is local-first and does not use Ingeno accounts at launch, there are some records we cannot access or delete for you.

This policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Subscription Terms and Cookie Policy. In particular, deleting local app data and cancelling a paid subscription are separate actions.
